Raspberry-Lemon Cheesecake Smoothie










1 C coconut water

¾ c raw unsalted cashews, soaked

½ banana

1 C raspberries

3 T freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 T pure maple syrup

1 t vanilla extract

1 pinch finely grated lemon zest

1 C ice cubes


Put all ingredients in a blender and process on high for 1 minute, until smooth and creamy

Per serving: 428 calories, 25g total fat, 5g saturated fat, 0g trans fat, 0mg cholesterol, 135mg sodium, 46g carbohydrates, 8g fiber, 20g sugar, 12g protein
