Walk In Flu Shots at SLV Health Clinics

San Luis Valley Health Clinics are offering Walk-In Flu Vaccines during the month of October, 2017. During the following times and dates at the different locations, patients may experience a brief waiting period but are welcome to walk in without an appointment. Say "Boo to the Flu" and keep your family, friends and co-workers healthy by doing your part. Options to either pay cash or billing insurance will be accepted.

October 11th, 18th, 25th and November 1st and 8th from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
October 6th, 20th & 27th and November 3 from 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
October 1st - October 31st from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and special open house October 14th 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
