Artwork Added to SLV Health Main Campus

Konnie and Damon Martin purchased Running Girl, by Harold Linke, and donated this beautiful, three-dimensional sculpture to San Luis Valley Health.  Running Girl is the “air-calligraphy” essence of childlike wonder, capturing the joy of a simple breeze and the freedom in running.  The artist speaks about the piece in this video.  It was originally part of the City of Alamosa’s Artscape public program.  The Martins are in full support of beautifying Alamosa as you can see in the beautifully landscaped entrance to the SLVH campus where the Running Girl welcomes SLV Health’s employees, visitors, patients, and guests.
