SLV Health temporarily closes La Jara Clinic

     SLV Health has temporarily closed the La Jara Clinic, located at 509 Main Street in La Jara.

     As a result, routine and well visits have been postponed. Any procedures that aren’t urgent are being rescheduled for a later date.

     The closure is due to the need to conserve medical resources such as personal protective equipment, and help protect the safety of the SLV Health staff as well as the SLV community.

     If someone has respiratory symptoms, please call the nurse line at 719-589-2511, and press 9 when prompted. The line is open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

     Please call before entering any healthcare facility if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms. In some cases, you may be asked to stay home and self-isolate.
