CCH Enlists Bellwether to Improve Patient Satisfaction

Beginning in January 2015, San Luis Valley Health’s Conejos County Hospital, will begin using patient satisfaction surveys to aide in the improvement of patient safety and satisfaction.

The surveys will be distributed in partnership with Bellwether Associates, an organization dedicated to helping hospitals across the country improve their performance.

“This is a great opportunity for us to get the feedback of the patients we serve,” said Kelly Gallegos, CCH Administrator.  “We are looking forward to using the tools that Bellwether provides to improve the services that are offered to our patients.”

The surveys will address issues around a patient’s overall satisfaction during their visit, focusing on issues like quality and safety.  The team at CCH will then review the results to implement changes on how to use the feedback to improve.
