Tylen Pavlovsky, PA-C
Tylen Pavlovsky, PA-C, has joined the Cardiology and General Surgery teams, at San Luis Valley Health. Having undergone his own numerous surgeries, he understands the challenges patients and families face as they prepare for and recover from surgery. He looks forward to providing excellent care to patients in the valley. He has also been passionate about cardiology having seen firsthand the effects of cardiovascular disease within his family and his passion continued to grow having worked on the cardiac unit at St Mary’s Medical Center in Grand Junction, prior to completing his PA education.
Pavlovsky is a valley native, graduating from Centauri High School and completing his undergraduate coursework at Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science.
Tylen then went on to attend the Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska where he graduated with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree. During his time at Creighton, he sought to advocate for the PA profession serving as the Student Academy Representative to the Assembly of Representatives for the American Academy of Physician Associates. Additionally, while at Creighton, Pavlovsky was the recipient of the Ronald Dieck and Erin McGurk Scholarship as well as the recipient of the 2022 Heart of Service Award, for his commitment to community service despite the rigors of PA education.
Outside of work,Tylen loves spending time with his wife Carmen and their daughter Khaleah, watching the Broncos, fishing, and enjoying all the beauty Southern Colorado has to offer.
