Stephanie Posorske, CNM

Stephanie Posorske, Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), joins the Women’s Health team at San Luis Valley Health. She graduated with her CNM in December of 2019 from Frontier Nursing University, Hyden, Kentucky. She is a graduate from the University of Colorado and received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Adams State University. Stephanie is a Certified Lactation Counselor and enjoys educating new parents on the benefits of breastfeeding. She began her journey into the medical field as a CNA and helped organize medical missions to Honduras. When she is not helping patients, she enjoys spending time with her family skiing, hiking, and horseback riding in the great outdoors. Stephanie is a valley native. She grew up in Monte Vista, and graduated from Sargent High School. She loves serving her friends, neighbors, family, and residents of the San Luis Valley.
