Mark Shuldberg, DO

Mark Shuldberg, DO, joins the SLV Health leadership team as the Medical Director for the Lab and Pathologist.  He graduated with his undergraduate studies from Brigham Young University and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from A.T. Still University, Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.  He completed his Pathology Residency and a Hematopathology Fellowship from Saint Louis University.  He completed a Health Informatics Certificate program and was the medical director for the Mid America Plastic Surgery Center Lab and an assistant professor of pathology at SLU before moving to Alamosa.

Dr. Shuldberg grew up on a dairy farm in Idaho and moved to Alamosa from St. Louis with his wife and five children.  “We both love small towns and the outdoors, so the San Luis Valley feels like a good fit for us.”  Mark enjoys hiking and camping and spending time with his family.
