Kelly Bleakney, FNP

SLV resident Kelly Bleakney has joined Primary Care and the Respiratory Clinic in Alamosa as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing after a career in nursing at various locations in the Valley.

She is a Sargent high school graduate, attended Trinidad State for her LPN and completed their ADN program. She received her Bachelor’s from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix. She graduated with honors with her Master’s from Regis University in Denver with her Family Nurse Practitioner degree.

She has a special interest and experience with patients with mental health and addiction conditions. When she is not taking care of patients, she loves gardening, running, baking, and backpacking. Most of all, she enjoys time with friends and family, including 4 grandchildren.
