If you are a former employee of SLV Health looking to obtain pay statements or tax documents including your W-2 and 1095-C, you can access these documents electronically by visiting www.ipay.adp.com. You will be able to receive pay statements or tax documents within the last three years via this resource. Please note, your login credentials will be those used while you were employed with SLV Health.
Looking for an internship or job shadowing opportunity?
In order to access the application system, you will need (1) to ensure you are using updated browser software and (2) to enable Pop-up Blocker. To begin, you will be asked to create a User ID and password. These login credentials can be used to re-enter the SLV Health Career Center to apply for future openings.
Upon submitting your application, you will be directed to a confirmation page validating the application process has been completed and you will then receive a confirmation email.
